Tada was established in 2018 and is currently based in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia with an anticipated entry into Hong Kong by 2024. Through this move of accepting cryptocurrency payments, Tada is responding to an increasing tendency of using digital payments in the ride-hailing market.
Zero-Commission Policy Benefits Riders and Drivers
Flation also has an important influence in this regard because Tada is one of the few like operating platforms with no commissions charged to either the driver or the passenger.
This strategy puts Tada apart from the other applications for ride-hailing where commissions are included on the rides

This integration with the TON Foundation allows the Tada users to pay for the ride using cryptocurrencies such as Toncoin and Tether.
As for the new level of flexibility for customers of Tada’s service for digital transactions blockchain technology brought extra security.
Promotion at TOKEN2049 Event in Singapore
To advertise the new service, Tada and the TON Foundation will provide 4,000 free rides during the TOKEN2049 crypto conference in Singapore from 14 to 18 September 2024.
Audience will be able to order a ride through the Telegram Mini App and pay with Toncoin or Tether which will help in integrating Web3 in everyday services.
During the interview, Harvey Kim, Head of Korea at the TON Foundation, said that it brings Web3 solutions closer to people by incorporating them into Web2 services. He stressed that Web2 and Web3 need collaboration to introduce the audience to the benefits of using blockchain technology.
This is already an example of how Web3 is gradually moving closer to becoming part of ordinary services through partnering with the TON Foundation.
Here,; leveraging the cryptocurrency to transact the Tada ; ride-hailing services show how blockchain technology can impact traditional industries.
This integration gives the consumers an opportunity to pay the balance of their fare in cryptocurrencies and they show how in practice, cryptocurrency is a very reasonable and practical idea.
As Tada continues to expand its services across the region of South East Asia the addition of crypto currency as the means of payment will definitely add to its appeal to the target niche of tech friendly clients.
