These students are building a reality based school called MaineTech.
It will be funded by investment in their software: surveys for schools to discover how kids and adults feel about the quality of their education.
Instead of top down assessments, these students will ask from the kids' perspective on 2 axes:
vibe-- do you like it?
performance-- are you learning?
With instantaneous feedback, MaineTech brings a gas pedal and a brake pedal to education.
It works the same in any language.
They are partnered with GraphMetrix to create a software suite using PODS by Tim Berners-Lee to ensure privacy.
They are asking for $10M to develop.
